Janine Lopez leads business development, project management, contract administration, and client relations for Refining Foundation Construction Corp (RFC). With an MBA in Project Management and CAPM® certification, she oversees federal contracting and proposal development, supporting government bidding opportunities, project coordination, compliance, and successful project execution across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
